How can I /use in previous year's Foreign Tax Credit carryover on TT web version?

My taxes were previously done by CPA. Thanks.

Yes, here how to report the foreign tax carryover from previous years.

Go to "Deductions & Credits" in TurboTax.
Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" and select Foreign Taxes.
Start or revisit the Foreign Tax Credit section.
Continue through the interview questions until you reach the Carryovers screen.
Select "Yes" when asked if you have a foreign tax credit carryover.
Enter your carryover amounts from previous years in the appropriate fields.
