I'm trying to file my Illinois State taxes for 2021. I've already finished my federal return, and after clicking "review" it says that the IL state taxes aren't finished yet, and it keeps taking me back to this page with the "voluntary charitable donations" form attached. No matter what I enter, I can't get it to do anything.
