Bug: TurboTax Deluxe 2024 - Other Interest and Dividends - Checkbox defaults and will not allow uncheck and does not delete when none of the above is selected

When I am going through the "walk me through" option, the Other Interest and Dividends page comes up with check box on "Received interest payments from a seller-financed mortgage ..." pre-checked, and does not allow unchecking it. It also does not go away when "None of the above" is checked.

Is there a fix for this?

Update: I went back to the beginning and started walking through this, and it cleared. Not sure what happened.

I have same problem; however, no matter how many times I restart from the beginning, checkbox will not allow to uncheck

If you imported your 1099-DIV, try deleting that form and re-entering it manually.

If you are using TurboTax Online, clear your cache and cookies and restart your program.

Also, try updating your program if you are using TurboTax Desktop.

After you enter your 1099-DIV, you may see a follow-up screen that says Did you receive interest payments from a seller-financed mortgage? and you should be able to answer "No".
