Question

can i deduct a tablet and a computer i use to manage my finances? It asks if I use it 100% of the time for this. I use it about 99% for this

No.  You cannot deduct a tablet and a computer that you use for personal anything even if it is to manage your finances. 

Unless it is for business finances, then you can add it as an asset and depreciate it
