I didn't pay my 2015 property tax until today. Can i deduct it still on my 2015 taxes or do i have to wait till 2016 and deduct 2 years worth of taxes if I pay 2016 this coming december?

You deduct property tax in the year that you actually pay it, regardless of what year it is for. You can not deduct property tax paid in 2016 on your 2015 tax return. You will deduct that on your 2016 tax return when you prepare it in 2017.

As an individual, you are cash basis accounting, and therefore must wait until 2016 tax year to claim the property tax you paid.
