You didn't say what screen you are referring to, so this answer is in general.
A foreign address doesn't use a zip code. It uses a postal code. You have to first tell TurboTax that the "type" of address is a "foreign country address", and then the input fields will change and have a box for "postal code."
Look higher up on that screen for "type of address", and in the dropdown menu associated with that box choose "foreign."
To expand on what was written by mesquitebean, here are some screen illustrations that may be useful to you.
When you begin entering information about yourself, you will reach a screen that is illustrated below. Here select Foreign or US territory. Don't worry, this is a hypothetical return for illustrative purposes only.
When you record your mailing address, you, this is how you would enter. Make sure the foreign address is checked at the top and the foreign country selected in the drop down.
I keep getting stuck in this doom loop where I keep getting asked to review my information regarding school state and zip code. It is a foreign school, and I did make sure to label it as foreign in the first page, but it keeps asking me to put US state and zip code which does not make sense. I cannot complete the last part which is filing.
On which screen are you getting stuck? There are some screens, such as the payment screen, that do not accept a foreign address. For others, you must first select "Foreign or US Territory" in the state drop down box.
