Can we allocate our charitable donations from each of us, if filing jointly?

Filing jointly, how does TurboTax know which spouse donated to each charity?

Why do you want to do that?   When you file  joint return, all of your income is combined and the credits and deductions are also combined.  When you enter your donations  they will be entered by you as a married couple since you are filing a joint return.
