Can you include before-tax deductions with your medical expenses in 2024 for the state of Alabama?

Hello,

Can you include before-tax deductions of your employer covered medical/vision/dental insurance with your medical expenses in 2024 for the state of Alabama, money I paid into it or is this only for copays/coinsurance/deductibles, medical supplies and prescriptions paid for the year?

No, you can't include pre-tax deductions since there was no state tax paid on those expenses. If no tax was paid, they can't be deducted from your state tax liability a second time.
