I thought the IRS limited charitable cash contributions to 60% of adj. gross income and non cash contributions to 30% of AGI. Are the two additive? Turbo tax is limiting my total contributions to about 60% of my 2024 AGI. It does not appear to be giving any deduction for my non cash contributions which are sizable. What is the reason?
