charitable donations download issues for 2024

I tried all the instructions above that everyone else left, even restarted computer, cleared entire tax return and started over completely. Still I cannot get all my 2024 charitable donations to download into my tax return. HELP! 😞

    Is this what you are doing?

    From the Left side menu select Tax Tools choose "Tools"
    pop up screen "Tools Center"
    select "Topic List" 
    Your Deductions & Credits
    "Tax Breaks" 
    scroll down to "Import ItsDeductible Online".

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
