In the Arizona interview, you'll come to a page 'Other Refundable Credits' where you can uncheck the box indicating 'contributions to qualified charities' (form 321).

Or, in TurboTax Desktop, go to Forms > Open Form > type in '321'. Double-click on 'AZ Form 321' in the search results to display the form, then click on 'Delete Form' at the bottom.
