circuit breaker credit

my MAGI is $31437, but can't report circuit breaker credit in TurboTax. It said my MAGI >109,000. How to creat schedule CB?

Please take a look at the instructions for how to calculate your CB income. Mass adds in gifts, food stamps, disability, Social Security, sick pay, all sorts of income.

If your circuit breaker income is above the limits, you do not qualify. If you are eligible, it will let you create the form.
