Commuting miles for self emplyed

I am self employed filing a schedule C with an in home office. I fix medical equipment so I drive to different Doctor's office every day. Do I have commuting miles?

No. That is not considered commuting miles. Commuting miles would be miles that you drove to and from your home to a regular place of business. So if you only fixed equipment at one location, this would be considered commuting miles.

Since you travel to one location and your home office is your primary location, these would all just be eligible business miles.
