Completely retired i have ni business income or deductioms.

Why is turbo tax still asking me to insert mileage and asking me to fill in lots of business deductions when it runs its check at the end. I do not want to claim anything as i am retired fully and not trying to claim anything. what do i insert so it leaves me alone with pushing me to insert business expenses. I already claimed 0 and just entered personal

You can follow the instruction below to delete the forms associated with the auto.

Also, if you need to remove a business that transferred over from your prior-year return, don't just delete Schedule C. Instead, remove the business.

Windows instructions

Open or continue your return.
Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon.
From the menu, select the form you want to remove.
After the form is generated in the right pane, select the Delete Form button.
Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms.

Mac instructions

Open or continue your return.
Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon.
From the menu, select the form you want to remove (if you don't see it, select Open Form at the top).
From the Forms menu, select Remove [form name].
Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms.
