There is not a deduction on a federal tax return for being a senior citizen age 65 or older.  There is an increase in the Standard Deduction if you are age 65 or older.

Standard deductions for 2024

Single - $14,600 add $1,950 if age 65 or older
Married Filing Separately - $14,600 add $1,550 if age 65 or older
Married Filing Jointly - $29,200 add $1,550 for each spouse age 65 or older
Head of Household - $21,900 add $1,950 if age 65 or older

Yes, you get an increased Standard Deduction for both being age 65 or over. There is no increased standard deduction for ages beyond that.

Your total Standard Deduction for 2024 is $32,300: $29,200 for Married, Filing Joint and $1550 each for each of you being 65 or over.
