Error in filing with K-1

I am trying to file my return. I have a K-1 with no foreign income or expenses. But I am getting the error message: Foreign interest expense at partner level is listed but no foreign source income at individual level has been listed on the K-1 additional information has been listed on the K-1 additional information worksheet, line 1. I even put a 0 on this line and on line 2 for foreign interest expense. Anyone know how I can turn this off so I can file?

Lines 16 and 21 on a partnership K-1 schedule would involve foreign income and taxes. You need to make sure those entries are blank. Also, if you carried the K-1 form over from the previous year, there may be foreign income or taxes carried over. If so, you may need to delete the K-1 entry and re-enter it.
