Filing for Helene Damage in Turbo tax NC state income tax

I own property in one of the Helene federal declared counties in North Carolina and had damage. I live in North Carolina, but not in the county where my damage occurred' Turbo tax asks me to select the county in which I lived, but doesn't include my county of residence

Taxpayers are only granted interest relief by North Carolina if they resided in one of the counties that were declared a major disaster. The counties eligible are listed here.

G.S. 105-241.21(b), the Secretary of Revenue shall waive the accrual of interest from September 25, 2024, through May 1, 2025, on an underpayment of tax imposed on a franchise, corporate income, or individual income tax return, including a partnership and estate and trust tax return, due on September 25, 2024, through May 1, 2025, for a taxpayer that resides or is located in a county identified in Section 4.1(b) of this act.
