Question

For some reason it is saying that I have a financial account in a foreign country, which I don't. Where would this have been answered so I can go back and fix it?

There is a question that asks if you have foreign accounts or assets.   You may need to delete Form 8938 if one was already started.   To get back to the question in TurboTax, search for 8938 and use the Jump to 8938 link.
