FOR tax and license expenses, part of our house hosts our business. do I take 3.90% from the house property tax to deduct.

    If you are using 3.90% of your house as a qualified home office, then yes, you would deduct 3.90% of your property taxes as a home office expense. Same with insurance and any other full house expenses.
