For the HSA section where it says the total from box 12 on my W2 it shows zero, but there is an amount in box 12. How do I add it?

Did you or your employer make contributions to your HSA? If so, they should be reported on your W-2, Box 12, Code W. When you enter your Box 12 Code W amount into the W-2 entry, it will automatically flow to the HSA entry (make sure you enter the W-2 first, before working on your HSA deduction). No other codes from Box 12 belong here.
