Question

Foreign dividends, I entered amounts for two different countries. The summary only shows amounts from one of the countries. Do I enter the correct total or leave as is?

    Yes, the total should be the same. When you enter the foreign dividend information in your 1099 DIV, you need to enter the name of the country as various since it was from more than one country. 

     

    Do back to your 1099 DIV and check the drop down where you made the choice for the country. Select the drop down and pick various.
