Form 8949 shows, but won't print, page 1 - Windows Desktop version

Hello, the form 8949 shows correctly on Preview Print Form, with both pages.  but when I print to printer, OR to .pdf, only the second page is printed.  I have to send this hard copy to IRS so a bit of a problem.   For now I plan to take a screenshot of page 1 - but this does need to be addressed for other clients / next year.

    Does page 1 of the IRS form 8949 Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets report any transactions?

    Hello, No there are no values (other than my name etc. at the top) on the first page.  But still it should be included when I print, especially if I have to send it mailed to the IRS, right?

    Yes, both pages should be sent. Page 1 is short term. If your transactions are long term, the first page would be blank except your name and info.

    The first page also gives its place in ordering your forms, it is sequence 12A. Forms should be in sequential order behind the 1040.
