Question

FPO is not a state option for child care. What do I out because no option matches the zip code.

My daughter attends a daycare on a military base overseas. Their address city and state is FPO, AP, but the drop down list does not list AP as an option. It will not let me proceed without a state that matches the zipcode.

To get around this issue, select Other instead of EIN (even if the provider does have an EIN).  

Another menu will open where you will select Business and then Foreign Provider.  

This will allow you to proceed without providing a Zip Code at all, just select "Foreign or US Territory" in the address box for State and leave the zip code blank.  Here is what that will look like:
