H.E.L.P.S. deduction not posting

My H.E.L.P.S. deduction is not posting on my 1040 SR - line 5. I have updated my 1099-R info several times and continue to state that I was a public safety officer during the interview. That question is always posted as "No" when I go by to review the info. I have Long Term Care insurance that should allow me the Helps deduction. It worked in my 2023 amended return.

2024 Turbo tax is not adapting to the Public Safety officer "Yes" in my 1099-r interview and final line 5 calculation.

I figured it out. You must answer yes to the next question that either YOU or the retirement source paid for health insurance. I was skipping over this question because only I paid for health insurance.

The latest 1040 return now deducts my insurance amount (up to $3000) and types in PSO on line 5B.
