(a) Which country are you from ?

(b) Was this a status adjustment from H-4 to F-1 or did you leave the country and re-entered with F-1 ?

(c) Are you married and if so to whom ( NRA, Resident for Tax purposes , GreenCard or what ) ?

(d) When did you enter with H-4 ?

From your answers one should be able to determine if you are NRA and/or are you exempt ?
