Additionally: Is there a step-by-step guide within TurboTax to assist with the process? Does TurboTax allow e-filing for Form 1120-REIT, or is paper filing required? What are the costs associated with using TurboTax for filing this form? If TurboTax doesn’t support this, are there alternative tax software options you’d recommend? No, TurboTax does not support that form. You may have to complete it manually or have a professional preparer do it for you. Here is a link to Form 1120-REIT.
