High-Deductible Health Care Plans: My W2 reflects the contribution correctly. Do I also have to make the entry in Deduction/Credits for HSA? No HSA withdrawals.

No, you do not need to enter the HSA contribution again in the Deductions/Credits section. Including the contribution as part of your W-2 handled that part of the reporting.

You do need to complete the HSA questions in the Deductions/Credits section though, to verify that you were qualified to make the HSA contributions based on your HDHP coverage for the year.
