we run a home daycare,

what's the difference between "Estimated Sq Ft of area used only partly for daycare" and "Estimated Sq Ft of area used exclusively for daycare".

We have 2700 sq ft two story home, we use the entire downstairs for daycare which includes office, two living rooms and dining room. We claim the office for home office. please help thank you

The difference is that an area used exclusively for daycare is never used for anything else.  For example, if the office you mention is never used for any personal reasons, just daycare only.

The square footage of the area used partly for daycare would be the office if you also use it for personal reasons (kids do there homework in there, you pay personal bills, etc), the living rooms and dining room are probably partly used for daycare since you and your family likely use the rooms when daycare is not in session.
