Home Energy Credit form will not delete even on multiple tries. The page is stuck.

If your Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits will not delete, you can try logging out of your program and clearing you cache and cookies.

You could also try using a different browser.

I was able to delete the form in my program.

You can try going  back to that section of TurboTax by clicking on "Deductions & Credits" and scrolling down to "Home Energy Credits" and then click on "Start" or "Revisit" next to "Home Energy Credits" and delete any information from TurboTax that you may have entered regarding home energy credits to see if that will enable you to delete the form.

You could try deleting Form 5695 from your tax return.

To delete this Form in TurboTax Desktop:

1. Click on "Forms" at the top right of the screen to switch to "Forms Mode"
2. In the left panel scroll down to Form 5695
3. Click on Form 5695, it will display on your screen
4. At the bottom click on "Delete Form"

To delete this Form in TurboTax Online:

1.  Continue, or pick up where you left off to enter your return.
2. In your left panel, select "Tax Tools" and then "Tools".
3. On the page that pops up, scroll to "Other Helpful Links"
4. Choose "Delete a form".
5. Select "Delete" next to the form 569
