how do I add $29,000.00 in out of pocket medical expenses?

In addition to expenses paid for by using my HSA

To enter your medical expenses -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Medical
On Medical Expenses, click the start or update button

Or enter medical expenses in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to medical expenses

When entering medical expenses as DoninGA describes, also include those paid from the HSA because TurboTax automatically subtracts those back out based on what you have indicated when entering the Form 1099-SA.
