Question

How do I add a home improvement to my home office asset (which I only use a portion of for my office)? I am using TurboTax online.

The asset has been in service for several years, so it's an adjustment to the situation I've already had set up.

    You would add this as a separate asset by selecting the following:

     

    1. Business income and expenses
    2. I'll choose what I work on
    3. Start or update next to Business income and Expenses
    4. Edit next to your business profile
    5. Start next to Business Assets
