(a) are you a US person ( citizen/GreenCard/Resident for Tax purposes )?

(b) the foreign taxes paid is for what kind of income ( wages/ passives or what )?

(c) is it shown on a broker statement ( 1099-B / 1099-DIV or 1099-Int ) ?

(d) If from direct investment and directly paid by you ( 1099s) then which country ?
