How do I enter form NR4 income and tax statement from Canada

Income from common shares c/o TSX Trust Company

1. The NR4 has income codes. The type of income being reported should match up with the US equivalent. See Appendix B.

2. Income from stock in a company is reported in the US on 1099-DIV. You will select to skip import and type in the information. See Where do I enter my 1099-DIV in TurboTax Online?
