    I'm not sure what version of TurboTax you are using so I can't be too specific, but in general you go to your business expenses entries and you will see an option for entering in Business Vehicle Expenses. Start that section and you will be asked questions to allow for the deduction of the cost of your vehicle, either in the current year and/or over a number of years:
