How do I report medical reimbursement income

I am helping my mother with her taxes.  In 2014 she itemized her medical expenses.  In 2015 she received reimbursement for SOME of the expenses she had used to itemize her 2014 taxes.  She did not receive a 1099-G from the hospital that reimbursed her.  How do we enter this reimbursement as income in order to pay taxes on it?
