how do I upgrade from Home & Business to business

I bought Home & Business software.. When I was filling in the infomration. I found out that I need Business software because it has LLC forms.

How do I upgrade to business?

That is not an upgrade. TurboTax Business is a completely separate software program that you need to purchase and download to a Windows computer. You need TT Business if you have an S-corps C-corps or multi-member partnership. And some of the information generated by the business return then goes on the personal return you prepare using Home and Business.

What kind of LLC forms do you need? Are you a Single Member LLC S-corp or a Partnership?

Sorry you will need 2 programs. The Business program and a personal version.
You need to buy Turbo Tax Business, not to be confused with the personal Home & Business version. Home & Business is just for personal returns that need schedule C for self employment. You can have the Business program and the personal Home & Business program (or any personal version) install on the same computer at the same time.

You can buy the stand alone do it yourself Business Download program for Windows here (it is not available to do online or for Mac).
