How do you enter rentaal property expene information?

    You have to enter the Rental Property in the TurboTax program before you can enter any income or expenses for the property.

    It depends on what version TurboTax you have. If you have a Online Premium version or Premier software version, you may enter rental income and expenses. Here is how to enter.

     

    1. Log into your return.
    2. Rentals, Royalties, and Farm
    3. Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
