How to reflect in Turbotax that LLC taxed as S corp reimburses me for home office?

    The reimbursement wouldn't be included on your personal tax return. You wouldn't include any of the expenses on your personal return either. The S corp return (1120S) would include the expenses. You'd need to keep good business records for the deduction.
