how can change the contribution made by employer in my HSA to non taxable

Employer HSA contributions are generally listed in box 12 with a code of W, along with the employee's contributions. After that, visit the HSA section under Deductions & Credits and answer all the questions there.

 

There is a question that asks if your employer told you about any other contributions, and you will need to answer the HDHP questions. Continue through until you reach the summary page.
