It sounds like you entered your property tax both when you entered your Form 1098 for your mortgage interest, and in the Property (Real Estate) Taxes section.   To remove one of them:

    • From the "Tax Home" page,
    • Select "Deductions and credit"
    • Click on the pencil icon to edit "Mortgage Interest...(Form 1098)"
    • Click on "Review/Edit"
    • On the "Let's get the details from your 1098" page, scroll down to the "Property (real estate) taxes" and delete your entry, if there is one.
    • If there is no amount entered for property tax, return to "Deductions and credits"
    • Select the edit icon for "Property (Real Estate) Taxes"
    • Delete or adjust the amount of property taxes
