Question

I already requested HSA 2024 contribution made by Employer in 2025 before 4/15, how to enter this information?

    Did you contribute to your HSA outside of your employer? That's the only reason you would enter HSA contributions. If that's the case, review the TurboTax help article Where do I enter form 5498-SA? for instructions.

     

    Contributions made from your employer are reported on your W-2 in box 12 with code W. and you don't have to enter the information anywhere else.
