Question

I am inelgible for the Earned Income Tax Credit based not being in the U.S. over 6 months. This is a mistake. How do I change this?

    Revisit the EIC section and check your entries:

    1. Go to Federal
    2. Go to Deductions and Credits.
    3. Select Earned Income Credit under You and Your Family.
    4. Continue to the screen Did you Live in the U.S for more than six months in 2024?
