I am living abroad and do not have a US credit card -- how can I pay with a credit card in this case?

I'm trying to pay for the TurboTax Deluxe service with my credit card, but the country drop-down menu only has United States listed. How can I pay using a foreign credit card?

TurboTax requires a U.S. billing address to pay for TurboTax when using a debit or credit card.
