Question

I am unable to edit or remove Sale of Business Property income. Can anybody help?

in my Your income and expenses for 2024, Sale of Business Property has been added accidently. Now I am not able to edit or delete it.

    You can delete Form 4797, Sale of Business Property if it was created accidentally in your return. 

     

    To do this in TurboTax Online, follow the steps in this Help Article. Depending on how this form was created, you may need to delete underlying worksheets or forms associated with the Sale of Business Property.

     

    To do this in a Download/Desktop version of TurboTax, refer to this Help Article.
