I do not have a mortgage credit certificate, yet it will not let me file without entering that information. How do I move on?

Delete Form 8396 Mortgage Interest Credit.

1. From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools 
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form 
4. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
5. Select the Form
6. Click on Delete. 

In TurboTax Desktop:
1.Open or continue your return.
2.Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon.
3.From the menu, select the form you want to remove.
4.After the form is generated in the right pane, select the Delete Form button.
5.Follow any onscreen instructions to remove the form or forms.
