Question

I do not have financial account in a foreign country, but when I get to the end of filling out my information, it does not save how I input it.

On the Foreign Financial Assets screen, select No, then Continue

If this doesn't solve your issue:

In the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of Tax Tools
Select Tools
In the pop-up window Tools Center, select Delete a form
Select Delete next to Form 8938

I am facing the same issue. I followed the steps you mentioned, and after clicking 'continue', it is not saving my answer. I even tried to delete the form, but i don't see any form 8938 in my list?

FYI...i even tried different browser, to make sure there is no cache isue.

First check to see if you have a 1099 INT or 1099 DIV. If there is a foreign tax-paid amount reported in Box 6 of a 1099 INT or Box 7 in your 1099 DIV, then you may have a foreign account that you aren't aware of. There are follow-up questions in those forms that you need to complete.
