I have a 1099R IRA RMD distribution that is appearing on IRS Line 5 instead of Line 4. How do I fix?

I have a 1099R IRA RMD distribution that is appearing on IRS Line 5 instead of Line 4. How do I fix? Data entry appears correct.

Did you import the 1099R?  It may have imported wrong.  Look at your actual 1099R.  Look between box 7 & 8.  There should be a little IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box.  Is it checked?  Checked means to go on line 4.  Did you miss checking it on the screen?
