Question

I have Foreign Tax Paid on foreign dividends I received. I can't get TT to accept these foreign tax paid?

I have Foreign Tax Paid to Canada, Germany and Mexico. I can't get TT to consider entering these credits???

    In TurboTax Online, follow these steps to report Foreign Tax Credit:

     

    1. Down the left side of the screen, click Federal.
    2. Down the left side of the screen, click Deductions & credits.
    3. Click the down arrow to the right of Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
    4. Click to the right of Foreign Tax Credit.
    5. Follow the screens to determine how to take a deduction or credit.
