You should have received form 1099-SA for the payments made from your HSA. All you need to do if enter that form and answer the follow-up questions. You will be asked if the distributions on Form 1099-SA were used for qualified medical expenses. When you answer YES, that income will not be taxed and those expenses will be added to your expenses on Schedule A if you itemize.
