Question

If I already filed my taxes with turbo tax back in February. Can I come back now to file my property taxes?

TurboTax cannot be used for filing property taxes

Or were you referring to adding a property tax payment to the 2024 tax return that you filed?  If that is the case then you would have to amend the 2024 tax return to make any changes to the original tax return.

 

Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
